I got a replacement part but took along time for shipping. Was told parts were sent from USA but only if they are in stock. Sending from Shanghai China. Almost 3 weeks to get from them to me.
Then they had the axel nuts glued on. I had to go to a tire shop so they could bust the axel nuts free. After that replaced the part in 10 minutes & all is great. Takes time & patience if you need parts or have an issue you can’t resolve yourself. Other than that Hiley Rider Electric scooter is everything they stated it would be. Am loving my scooter. Looking forward ti having another thing super fun to do in the long hot Summer months.
Tiger is all fixed now & good to go
